I've been learning off Lee with certain things but what I like most is his attitude if you want to be big lift heavy weights if you don't want to be fat stop eating lift weights and do cardio it's simple no excuses and one exercise I learnt hammer curls straight into plate curls thumbs on the inside up and super sets my arms are looking better after about 3 weeks loads thicker
